1. Who We Are

Music House is operated by Rapchat, Inc. ("Music House," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using Music House, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information — email, name, username, and profile details, including data from Sign in with Apple or Google when you use those to log in.
• Content you create or upload — prompts, lyrics, audio, images, artwork, voices, and the outputs generated for you.
• Purchase and subscription records — your plan, credits, transactions, and purchase history. Payments are processed by Apple or our payment providers; we do not collect or store your full card details.
• Usage and device data — app interactions, features used, device and app version, identifiers, IP address, and approximate region derived from your IP.
• Diagnostics — crash reports and performance data used to keep the app stable.
• Advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt (see Section 6).
• Support messages — information you provide when you contact us.

3. How We Use Information

• Run the creative tools, generate and save your creations, and produce the share links you choose to create.
• Process payments, manage credits, enforce limits, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Send account, product, and support communications.
• Understand which workflows are useful, fix crashes, and improve the app.
• Measure the performance of our own marketing so we know which channels bring creators to Music House.

4. We Do Not Train AI Models on Your Content

We do not use your creations, prompts, uploads, or generated outputs to train, fine-tune, or develop AI or machine-learning models. We don't claim your work as training data, and we don't sell your personal information. Your creations are yours.

Music House generates your outputs using third-party AI providers. When you use a tool, the inputs needed for that generation are sent to the relevant provider solely to produce your output, and those providers handle that data under their own terms and privacy policies. We work with providers across audio, music, image, video, and text generation, and we select providers that align with this approach.

5. Service Providers We Share Data With

We share limited information with trusted service providers who process it only to support Music House. These include providers for:

• Authentication — Apple, Google.
• Payments & subscriptions — Apple, Stripe, and our paywall/subscription tooling.
• Hosting & storage — our cloud infrastructure and content-delivery providers.
• Analytics — product and usage analytics, including PostHog and Google/Firebase Analytics.
• Diagnostics — crash and performance monitoring, including Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance.
• Marketing measurement — install and conversion attribution, including Layers and Meta, used to measure our advertising (see Section 6).
• AI generation — the third-party model providers that create your outputs (see Section 4).
• Communications — email delivery for account and support messages.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect our rights and users' safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Advertising, Tracking & Your Choices

We run advertising to bring new creators to Music House. To measure whether those ads work, we use attribution partners that may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and limited event data. On iOS, we access the IDFA only if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and you can change that choice anytime in your device Settings. We do not show third-party ads inside Music House, and we do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, and we work to keep access limited and monitored. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Data Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and protect against misuse. Your creations are retained until you delete them or they are no longer needed. You can delete creations and request account deletion at any time.

9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.

• You can manage your account details from your Music House profile.
• You can request deletion of account data that we are not required to keep for legal, security, or billing reasons.
• EU/EEA and UK users have rights under the GDPR, including access, portability, restriction, objection, and the right to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
• California and other U.S. state residents may request to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell your personal information.

10. International Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, for international transfers.

11. Children's Privacy

Music House is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
