Terms of Service

The rules for using Music House tools, credits, generated content, and share pages.

Last updated: May 30, 2026

1. Agreement

Music House is operated by Rapchat, Inc. ("Music House," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Rapchat, Inc. By accessing or using Music House — including the website, mobile apps, and any tools, content, or share pages — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Please read Section 12 (Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver) carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved and limits your ability to bring or participate in a lawsuit or class action.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Music House. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Using Music House

Music House provides creative tools for music makers. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the product, other users, or third-party rights. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, tools, models, plans, or limits at any time.

4. Your Content

"Your Content" means everything you submit, upload, or create through Music House — including prompts, text, lyrics, audio, voices, images, artwork, and the outputs generated for you ("Outputs"). As between you and Music House, you own Your Content and your Outputs, to the extent ownership is legally available (see Section 6).

You grant Music House a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, modify (for formatting and processing), display, distribute, and share Your Content and Outputs solely as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service to you — including generating your Outputs, saving your creations, and producing the share pages and links you choose to create.

We may also use a limited, revocable license to feature publicly shared creations to promote Music House (for example, on our website or social channels). You can ask us to stop featuring a specific creation at any time by emailing [email protected].

You are solely responsible for Your Content and your Outputs — including the prompts, uploads, lyrics, audio, voices, names, and artwork you submit, and how you use, distribute, or publish your Outputs.

5. We Do Not Train AI Models on Your Content

Music House does not use Your Content or your Outputs to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. We don't claim your work as training data, and we don't sell it. Your creations are yours.

Music House generates Outputs using third-party AI providers. When you use a tool, your inputs are sent to the relevant provider only to generate your Output, and those providers process that data under their own terms and privacy policies. We choose providers that align with this approach, but we do not control their independent practices. We describe the categories of providers we use in our Privacy Policy.

6. Generated Outputs

AI-generated Outputs may be imperfect, inaccurate, offensive, similar to existing works, or unsuitable for a particular use. Because of how generative tools work, similar prompts may produce similar Outputs for different users, and your Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique.

We make no representation or warranty that any copyright or other intellectual-property right will vest in any Output, or that your use of any Output will not infringe the rights of a third party. Copyright law for AI-generated content is unsettled and varies by country. You are solely responsible for reviewing, clearing, and evaluating Outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them commercially. Subject to these Terms, you may use your Outputs for personal and commercial purposes.

7. Your Representations & Warranties

By submitting Your Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to submit Your Content and to grant the licenses in these Terms, and no further clearance, license, or payment to any third party is required for us to host and process it.
  • Your Content and your use of Outputs do not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy right, or other right of any person or entity, or any law.
  • If Your Content includes any person's voice, name, image, likeness, or identity, you have that person's explicit consent (or are that person), and you will not use Music House to impersonate, clone, or recreate another person's voice or likeness without their permission.
  • You will not upload samples, recordings, beats, vocals, or other material you do not have the right to use.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Music House to:

  • Engage in illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activity.
  • Upload, create, or distribute content you do not have the rights to use.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or clone or recreate someone's voice, likeness, or identity without their explicit consent; or create deepfakes, fraudulent endorsements, or content designed to deceive about who created or authorized it.
  • Create content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, violent, or that promotes self-harm, terrorism, or discrimination.
  • Interfere with elections, spread unlawful misinformation, or enable fraud or scams.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, credits, rate limits, content filters, or security controls.
  • Scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build or train a competing product or AI model, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.

9. Credits, Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Some tools require credits. Credit costs, plans, tiers, and limits may change. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled; you can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are managed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms; manage or cancel those subscriptions in your App Store account.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, all payments are final and non-refundable, and credits and subscription fees are non-refundable, including for unused, partially used, or expired credits, and credits forfeited on account termination. If you are an EU/EEA or UK consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, you expressly request that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once you start using a digital tool or consume credits.

10. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on Music House infringes your rights, submit a notice through the DMCA form or email [email protected]. We provide a counter-notice process, and we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUSIC HOUSE AND PIPEDREAM VENTURES LLC DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ORIGINAL, NON-INFRINGING, OR PROTECTABLE BY COPYRIGHT.

12. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. You and Rapchat, Inc. agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property or unauthorized-access claims. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.

You and Music House agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. You and Music House waive any right to a trial by jury.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and intent to opt out.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIPEDREAM VENTURES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY OUTPUT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MUSIC HOUSE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rapchat, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content or your Outputs; (b) your use of the service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or any right of any third party.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or used the service in a way that harms Music House or others. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we may delete your account data and creations, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4–14 and 16) will survive.

16. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Rapchat, Inc. regarding the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules; subject to Section 12, the exclusive venue for any non-arbitrable dispute is the state and federal courts located in Delaware. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
