Creating requires plan or purchased credits. • Free account: browse tools and manage creations • Pro ($9.99/mo): 2,700 credits per month, every premium model, 5 concurrent generations • Studio Max ($24.99/mo): 10,800 credits per month, every premium model, priority queue, 10 concurrent generations You can also buy credit packs that never expire (600 / 2,000 / 5,000 credits). Credits vary by model, size, and duration. The exact charge appears before you generate. Eleven Music costs 1 credit per second.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. 1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone 2. Tap your name at the top 3. Tap Subscriptions 4. Select Music House → Cancel Subscription You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any Music House subscription or credit pack. If you have a specific billing concern, email us and we'll do our best to help.

You do. Everything you create in Music House belongs to you and you can download or share it however you want. See our Terms of Service for the full details.

Try pulling down to refresh on the Home or Library tab. If your creations still don't show up, log out from Settings and log back in — this forces a fresh sync. Still broken? Email us with your account email and we'll investigate.
