Udio vs Boomy
Consider Udio for exploring and revising music inside its app. If you need a file for a video or distributor, Boomy’s Creator and Pro downloads offer a path that Udio’s current restriction does not.
Choose Udio if…
You want to explore song ideas and revise lyrics or sections inside Udio, and do not need to export the result right now.
Udio’s current help notice says audio, video and stem downloads are disabled. Verify this before choosing it for a release.
Choose Boomy if…
You want an approachable way to create and personalize music, then download it on a paid plan for your own distributor.
Boomy no longer offers distribution to all users. Plan for a separate distributor unless you have an artist-partner arrangement.

Is a paid Udio plan enough to download my song?
The current Udio notice says audio, video and stem downloads are disabled; it does not offer a paid-plan exception. Boomy separately documents downloads for Creator and Pro members.
